The simplest way to book with us is through our online scheduling system. I suggest reserving your appointment as early as possible to secure your preferred time. Once booked, be sure to look out for a confirmation email to ensure your appointment is confirmed.

If you’re having difficulty booking online or can’t find a time that fits your schedule, feel free to call or text me at 517.420.4718. You can also email me at greg@lazyrivermassage.com or reach out through social media. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request and are happy to schedule your appointment directly.

After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a health intake form by email. All forms are completed digitally and must be submitted online before your scheduled appointment time.
The form asks about recent injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, areas of pain or tension, and any medications you’re currently taking. It also includes a waiver to sign at the end.
All information provided is kept confidential and will only be reviewed by your massage therapist to ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate.

I have not included gratuity into my current pricing model.
While many massage therapists set a higher rate upfront and include gratuity into the service price (no-tipping policy), I set my prices lower and allow tipping. (I believe in earning that additional amount through great service).
There is never an obligation to tip, however it is always appreciated!
Similar to restaurant dining, 15-25% is customary.

I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
I understand that unexpected situations—such as car trouble, work obligations, or a child’s illness—can arise. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
This policy helps us protect our time and income, as last-minute cancellations are often difficult to fill.
To cancel or reschedule, you can call, text, or update your appointment online through your MassageBook account. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the fee will be charged to the card on file or deducted from any existing credit (such as a membership credit or gift certificate). If no card is on file, an invoice will be issued and must be paid before booking another appointment.

I kindly ask all clients to arrive 5–10 minutes before their massage appointment and to wait in our seating area. Because appointments run on a set schedule, late arrivals may not be able to extend their session time.
